{"id":34746,"date":"2025-07-02T09:16:43","date_gmt":"2025-07-02T09:16:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=34746"},"modified":"2025-07-02T09:16:43","modified_gmt":"2025-07-02T09:16:43","slug":"deutsche-banks-dws-galaxy-flow-traders-venture-to-introduce-german-regulated-stablecoin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=34746","title":{"rendered":"Deutsche Bank\u2019s DWS, Galaxy, Flow Traders Venture to Introduce German-Regulated Stablecoin"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>A joint venture between Deutsche Bank\u2019s (DBK) asset management subsidiary DWS, Flow Traders and Galaxy (GLXY) said it will issue Germany\u2019s first regulated, euro-denominated stablecoin after receiving an e-money institution (EMI) license from the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) this week.<\/p>\n<p>The AllUnity EURAU stablecoin, which will comply with Europe\u2019s Markets in Crypto Assets (MiCA) framework, was teased by the companies <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dws.com\/en-gb\/our-profile\/media\/media-releases\/dws-flow-traders-and-galaxy-announce-the-intention-to-launch-allunity\/\">back in December 2023.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>EURAU will be 100% collateralized and deliver institutional-grade transparency through proof of reserves and regulatory reporting, according to a release. The token can be used for 24\/7 instant cross-border settlements, seamless integration for regulated financial institutions, fintechs, Treasuries (ERP) and enterprise clients across Europe and beyond, AllUnity said.<\/p>\n<p>The stablecoin joins a growing number of euro-pegged tokens, including those that have popped up since MiCA took effect about a year ago.
