This Expert Says SOL Will &#8216;Outperform&#8217; ETH \u2014 Here&#8217;s More"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>As the CIO of Fundstrat Capital, <strong>Tom Lee <\/strong>doubles down on <strong>Ethereum <\/strong>(CRYPTO: <a class=\"ticker\" href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/quote\/eth\/usd\">ETH<\/a>); however, <strong>Fred Krueger<\/strong> challenges this Ethereum-centric narrative, noting <strong>Solana<\/strong>&#8216;s (CRYPTO: <a class=\"ticker\" href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/quote\/sol\/usd\">SOL<\/a>) \u201crising dominance.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Happened:<\/strong> A crypto enthusiast and investor at 2718.fund, a venture capital firm focused on the fintech and blockchain sectors, Krueger, highlighted Lee\u2019s views on Ethereum, stablecoins, and <strong>Bitcoin <\/strong>(CRYPTO: <a class=\"ticker\" href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/quote\/btc\/usd\">BTC<\/a>) treasury companies in an X thread and presented his arguments against them.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solana Vs. Ethereum<\/h2>\n<p>Lee explains that Wall Street is enthusiastic about stablecoins and they primarily run on Ethereum, contributing 30% of its gas fees, and predicts an \u201cexponential increase\u201d from $200 million to $2 trillion in five years.<\/p>\n<p>However, Krueger highlights Solana\u2019s transaction volume and user activity, saying that it \u201csignificantly outpaces Ethereum in daily active addresses, by 5\u201310\u00d7 on some measures.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lee\u2019s \u201cprogramable money will run on ETH\u201d argument has holes in it, and \u201cTom Lee conveniently does not mention Solana,\u201d explains Krueger.
