{"id":36352,"date":"2025-07-11T09:02:02","date_gmt":"2025-07-11T09:02:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=36352"},"modified":"2025-07-11T09:02:02","modified_gmt":"2025-07-11T09:02:02","slug":"blackrocks-ethereum-etf-sees-300m-record-inflow-day-eth-tops-3k","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=36352","title":{"rendered":"BlackRock\u2019s Ethereum ETF Sees $300M Record Inflow Day, ETH Tops $3K"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>BlackRock\u2019s iShares Ethereum Trust saw a record inflow of $301 million on Thursday, its highest ever inflow since the product launched in July 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The spot Ethereum ETF has now seen a total of $6.1 billion in inflows, and is way ahead of its eight competitors.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, it was the second-best day for aggregate inflows for the products since they launched with $383 million or 129,500 ETH.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">We have a *new* daily inflow record for iShares Ethereum ETF\u2026<\/p>\n<p>$300+mil.<\/p>\n<p>2nd best day for spot eth ETFs overall since July 2024 launch.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Nate Geraci (@NateGeraci) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NateGeraci\/status\/1943491299409101039?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">July 11, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<h2>Institutional Interest in Ethereum<\/h2>\n<p>BlackRock\u2019s ETHA fund posted record volume over the last two days, with over $800 million each day, which is four times the average, reported Bloomberg ETF specialist Eric Balchunas.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cGiven the price is also up, probably see some chunky flows next couple of days,\u201d he <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/EricBalchunas\/status\/1943420384998764570\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">added<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Almost $900 million has entered Ethereum ETFs in just six trading days so far this month, <a href=\"https:\/\/farside.co.uk\/eth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">according<\/a> to Farside Investors.\u00a0In total, there have been more than $5 billion in inflows since launch, despite Grayscale\u2019s fund hemorrhaging $4.2 billion.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">BREAKING:<\/p>\n<p>ETHEREUM ETFs HAS BOUGHT 129.5K ETH WORTH $383.1 MILLION.<\/p>\n<p>WE ARE SO BACK <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/79KMoQenjV\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">pic.twitter.com\/79KMoQenjV<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Ash Crypto (@Ashcryptoreal) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Ashcryptoreal\/status\/1943526318752022634?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">July 11, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Spot Bitcoin ETFs have also been on a roll with a whopping $1.17 billion in aggregate inflows on Thursday, the largest inflow day since early November and the second best since launch.<\/p>\n<p>The lion\u2019s share went into <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/blackrocks-bitcoin-etf-machine-outearns-legendary-sp-500-fund-details\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">BlackRock\u2019s fund<\/a> as usual, which saw $448.5 million in inflows, bringing its total inflow to a staggering $53.4 billion.<\/p>\n<p>It was a \u201chuge volume day for IBIT,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/EricBalchunas\/status\/1943414765813981318\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">said<\/a> Balchunas, observing twice the average volume of $5 billion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen IBIT sees big volume surges on up price days, it portends big boy flows,\u201d he added, stating that there is a good chance that they\u2019ll reach $1 billion over the next day or so.<\/p>\n<p>Financial advisors, who control an enormous amount of money, have barely even begun allocating to Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs, <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/NateGeraci\/status\/1943496105339080879\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">said<\/a> Nate Geraci before adding:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cMajor platforms such as Vanguard are still gatekeeping these ETFs (which is laughable IMO). And we\u2019re still seeing near-record inflows.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2>ETH Reaches $3,000<\/h2>\n<p>Ethereum has finally <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/ethereum-closes-on-2800-in-7-gain-but-resistance-remains\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">broken out<\/a> of its multi-month sideways channel in a push towards the psychological $3,000 price level, reaching $3,005 at the time of writing.
