The registration is expected to take place after the SEC completes its review process, subject to market and other conditions,\u201d reads the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globenewswire.com\/news-release\/2025\/07\/14\/3114796\/0\/en\/Grayscale-Investments-Announces-Confidential-Submission-of-Draft-Registration-Statement.html\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">statement<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>If approved, Grayscale will follow the likes of Coinbase, which went public years ago, and, more recently, Circle.
