He also confessed to not disclosing\u00a0that he had been selling\u00a0his CEL holdings, the platform\u2019s in-house token.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u00a0know what I did was\u00a0wrong, and I want to\u00a0try to do whatever I\u00a0can to make it right,\u201d Mashinsky stated. He\u00a0agreed not to appeal any\u00a0sentence of 30 years or\u00a0less, the maximum sentence for the two counts.
