Eric Jackson of EMJ Capital points to a number of pending changes<\/a> that aren\u2019t already priced in, even with Ethereum\u2019s latest gains.<\/p>\n

That means the true bull run hasn\u2019t started yet, at least for $ETH.<\/p>\n
