Crowdsourced Hedge Fund Announces Strategic Token Buyback as Meta Model Leads Amid AUM Growth<\/strong><\/p>\n

Numerai<\/a>, the decentralized hedge fund powered by crowdsourced machine learning, today announced plans to buy back $1 million of its token, Numeraire (NMR), from the open market. The buyback reflects Numerai\u2019s continued investment in its staking ecosystem, a mechanism that aligns thousands of global data scientists with the long-term performance of its hedge fund.<\/p>\n

Over the past year, Numerai has more than doubled its assets under management (AUM), growing from approximately $173 million to over $441 million. Each week, thousands of data scientists submit predictions to Numerai\u2019s tournament and stake NMR on their models\u2019 performance.
