The wallet known as \u201cPUMP Top Fund 2\u201d sent 2 billion tokens, then worth $12.79 million, to Binance eight days ago, hoping to sell. But Binance had not listed PUMP on spot markets, and the tokens were returned. Once the funds came back, the investor quickly moved them to Bybit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By the time of the transfer, the price had dropped to $0.003. The tokens were then worth $6.93 million. The average price was $0.00305, about half the price from a week ago. These wallets lost around $1.19 million on the trades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/pump-price-crashes-below-key-level-more-pain-ahead\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">shows<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that \u201cTop Fund 1\u201d and \u201cTop Fund 2\u201d had received over $150 million worth of tokens during the presale. Most of those holdings have now been sent to exchanges. Only one wallet shows a balance of $29.5 million.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Lawsuit Hits, Token Slumps Hard<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The price of PUMP dropped nearly 20% in 24 hours, falling to $0.003041. Trading volume topped $933 million. The decline came after the project\u2019s founder <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/notthreadguy\/status\/1948107778389586400?s=46&amp;t=nznXkss3debX8JIhNzHmzw\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">said<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> there would be no airdrop soon. That update triggered selling from holders expecting extra rewards.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meanwhile, the token is now down over 44% in the past seven days. PUMP had briefly hit an all-time high of $0.0068 on July 16 before reversing sharply.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pump.fun is now facing legal trouble. A class-action complaint <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.prod.website-files.com\/681b670bc176d6cc4203cdf0\/68813e81635e9c3128ed11b4_34%20-%2007232025%20-%20Pump%20Amended%20Complaint%20-%20Aguilar%20v%20Baton%20%281%29.pdf\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">filed<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in New York accuses the platform and its partners of running a scheme that resembled a digital casino.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The case names the project\u2019s pseudonymous founder \u201cBernie,\u201d parent firm Baton Corp., and Solana-linked partners including Jito Labs and Solana Foundation.
