From December 2024 through July 2025, the price moved between $1.82 and $2.95. The breakout happened mid-July, with XRP reaching as high as $3.65 before easing lower.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The $2.95\u2013$3.00 level, which had acted as resistance, is now being tested as support. The RSI, which had previously crossed into overbought territory, has now cooled off, giving the market room to stabilize.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Whale Activity and Selloffs Stir Volatility<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">XRP\u2019s recent rise and pullback came alongside a spike in trading activity. Analyst Steph_iscrypto <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Steph_iscrypto\/status\/1948723658672710088\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">said<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cNo liquidity clusters forming on XRP. Roughly $140 million of that amount was sent to exchanges. These transfers created concern about possible token sales during a sensitive market phase.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Institutions Add XRP to Reserves<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While short-term moves remain uncertain, some companies are adding XRP to their balance sheets. This marks one of the first public declarations of such use by a U.S.-listed company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, analyst Ali Martinez shared data <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/upbits-xrp-move-sparks-panic-is-it-behind-ripples-15-dump\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">suggesting<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that large investors accumulated over 280 million XRP in recent days. Analyst Dom <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/xrps-sharp-drop-a-healthy-reset-or-start-of-deeper-trouble\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">noted<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that this move followed a steep reset in open interest, with around $1.3 billion wiped from the market, nearly 30% of total positions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For now, traders are watching to see whether this support level holds.
