{"id":39661,"date":"2025-07-30T22:17:08","date_gmt":"2025-07-30T22:17:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=39661"},"modified":"2025-07-30T22:17:08","modified_gmt":"2025-07-30T22:17:08","slug":"etoro-to-launch-tokenized-stock-trading-on-ethereum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=39661","title":{"rendered":"eToro to Launch Tokenized Stock Trading on Ethereum\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>eToro revealed its expanded product roadmap in a global webinar on Tuesday, highlighting three key developments as the company moves toward a \u201ctokenized future.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Part of that move is the expansion of its current stock trading to include an initial list of 100 of the most popular US-listed stocks and exchange-traded funds that will be tokenized and available to trade 24 hours a day, five days a week.<\/p>\n<p>This allows users to trade traditional equities around the clock, responding to market events in real-time.<\/p>\n<h2>Stocks Tokenized on Ethereum<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/crypto-friendly-platform-etoro-eyes-us-ipo-at-5b-valuation-report\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">eToro<\/a> co-founder and CEO Yoni Assia <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globenewswire.com\/news-release\/2025\/07\/29\/3123410\/0\/en\/eToro-Continues-Journey-Towards-a-Tokenized-Future-With-Launch-of-24-5-Trading-Futures-and-Tokenized-Stocks.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">emphasized<\/a> the company\u2019s long-term belief in tokenization, citing blockchain\u2019s potential to facilitate \u201cthe greatest ever transfer of wealth\u201d as traditional assets move onto distributed ledger technology.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve been long-term believers in a tokenized future.
