The S&amp;P 500 dropped 0.49%, the Nasdaq fell 0.65%, and the Dow edged down 0.14%. The ISM Services Index flatlined in July, signaling potential trouble for the economy\u2019s largest sector. Trump also said new tariffs on chips and pharmaceuticals are coming.
