Under the agreement, 72.5% of net proceeds must go toward building Ethereum reserves, with remaining funds supporting working capital and growth initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BitGo Trust Company<\/strong> will custody and stake the ETH assets through institutional infrastructure.
