In other news, a big headline comes from Tron\u2019s founder Justin Sun. Sun filed a lawsuit\u00a0<\/a>on 11 August 2025 in the US District Court for the District of Delaware, claiming Bloomberg\u2019s disclosure of his crypto holdings undermines his privacy and could potentially put him and his family at risk.<\/p>\n

According to Sun, Bloomberg approached him earlier this year to include him in its online\u00a0Billionaires Index<\/a>, where it ranks some of the world\u2019s richest individuals.<\/p>\n

Sun claims that he only agreed to participate after Bloomberg assured him that they would keep all asset disclosures, particularly the ones tied to his crypto holdings, strictly confidential and would use them solely to verify his net worth.<\/p>\n
