Ethereum <\/strong>(CRYPTO: ETH<\/a>) spot exchange-traded funds<\/a> registered a record net inflow of $2.85 billion between Aug. 11 and Aug. 15, according to data from SoSoValue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

What Happened: <\/strong>The surge marks the largest weekly inflow on record for ETH products and underscores growing institutional appetite despite heightened market volatility.<\/p>\n

By comparison, Bitcoin <\/strong>(CRYPTO: BTC<\/a>) spot ETFs attracted $548 million over the same period, with BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust<\/strong> (NASDAQ:IBIT<\/a>) leading inflows at $888 million. <\/p>\n

SoSoValue data<\/a> shows total net assets for U.S.-listed Ethereum spot ETFs now stand at $28.15 billion, equal to 5.34% of Ethereum’s market capitalization.<\/p>\n

Bitcoin spot ETFs command $151.98 billion in net assets, representing 6.54% of Bitcoin’s market cap.<\/p>\n

Ethereum’s inflows were led by BlackRock<\/strong>‘s (NASDAQ:ETHA<\/a>) ETF, which added $338.09 million on August 15, pushing its cumulative net inflow to $12.16 billion and total net assets to $15.69 billion. <\/p>\n

Fidelity<\/strong>‘s (CBOE: FETH) followed with $2.74 billion in cumulative inflows and $3.45 billion in net assets, while Grayscale<\/strong>‘s (NYSE:ETHE<\/a>) recorded $4.39 billion in cumulative net outflows to date.<\/p>\n
