The USD equivalent of the stash is north of $1.7 billion, while this cohort of investors now controls almost 30 billion tokens, or roughly 25% of the asset\u2019s circulating supply.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The significant accumulation during the pullback indicates <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">firm<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> conviction among whales and can <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">be interpreted<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> as a positive sign. After all, purchases of that type reduce the amount of ETH tokens available on the open market, which, combined with steady or increased demand, should push the price up. The whales\u2019 actions may also encourage other market participants to follow suit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Another factor suggesting that a resurgence might soon replace ETH\u2019s plunge is the asset\u2019s exchange netflow, which recently <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/ethereum-fills-crucial-cme-gap-is-10k-eth-the-next-target\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">tumbled<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> to a nine-year low. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> means that investors have moved their holdings from centralized platforms toward self-custody methods, which reduces the immediate selling pressure.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">ATH Still on the Agenda?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Many experts and analysts on X believe the second-largest cryptocurrency remains poised to reach a new historical peak in the short term. X user CryptoGoos <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/crypto_goos\/status\/1958439681097679122\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">argued<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> that the \u201csupertrend (is) holding steady,\u201d predicting that the price might rally above $6,000 in the following weeks.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Lucky <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/LLuciano_BTC\/status\/1958436331106804112\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">told<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> their 2.2 million followers on the social media platform that institutional adoption of ETH \u201cis on a serious run,\u201d reminding <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">that<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> some renowned companies have recently stacked a substantial amount of the asset.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Tom Lee<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> \u2013 <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Chairman of Bitmine Immersion Technologies, which holds billions of dollars worth of ether<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> \u2013 <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/tom-lee-frames-eth-retreat-as-necessary-step-toward-5100\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">called<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> the recent price retreat \u201ca minor correction.\u201d<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> He expects the valuation to dip under $4,100 this week but remains bullish on the long term.
