Just 35% favored equities. <\/p>\n<p>Nearly 70% said they plan to increase their crypto allocations in the coming year, with men showing stronger conviction than women (74% versus 59%).<\/p>\n<p>Over the past 12 months, digital assets have also outperformed for many investors: 42% reported their crypto holdings beat their stock portfolios, compared with 31% who saw equities perform better. <\/p>\n<p>Confidence levels are tilting toward crypto as well, with 61% of those surveyed saying they\u2019ve grown more confident in digital assets, versus 53% for stocks.<\/p>\n<p>Crypto also appears to be emerging as a \u201ccrisis trade.\u201d When asked where they would allocate fresh capital during global uncertainty, 33% chose crypto, 20% said equities and 19% picked cash.<\/p>\n<p>Mark Greenberg, Kraken\u2019s global head of consumer, said the data reflects a shift in portfolio construction. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cDual-asset investors are no longer treating crypto as a speculative outlier.
