The range stretches from approximately $113,800 to $116,700, following the substantial crash that <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/300m-in-longs-liquidated-in-1-hour-bitcoin-crashes-ethereum-rejected-at-5k\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">occurred<\/a> on Sunday evening. But the further away, the less actionable it becomes,\u201d the analyst said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>For now, traders are watching whether momentum is strong enough to bring the price back into the gap for a test.<\/p>\n<h2>Seasonal Trends and Market Conditions<\/h2>\n<p>Merlijn The Trader <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/MerlijnTrader\/status\/1959873380774977987\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">pointed<\/a> to historical performance during September and wrote,<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cSeptember has wrecked $BTC holders every single cycle. Bleeds, fake pumps, exhaustion. And then comes October. The month of rebounds.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The comment suggests that volatility and drawbacks may persist into September before a potential recovery in October.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/bitcoin-price-analysis-this-key-resistance-stands-in-btcs-path-toward-new-ath\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Bitcoin\u2019s price<\/a> has declined nearly 3% in the last 24 hours and by the same percentage weekly. Spot trading volumes remain high as markets adjust to short-term resistance and support tests.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Micha\u00ebl van de Poppe <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/CryptoMichNL\/status\/1959875893448552777\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">noted<\/a> that recent price action is similar to earlier liquidity sweeps.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cHistory repeats and we\u2019re likely seeing a dip beneath the recent lows on $BTC. Great area to accumulate positions,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>His chart marks $111,900 as a key level where stops may be cleared before a rebound. Resistance zones sit at $114,800, $116,800, and $119,500. Deeper support is located near $103,190 and $100,800. They reported that 24,000 BTC, worth about $2.7 billion, was sold across several exchanges. The move triggered a $4,000 drop within minutes and caused a wave of liquidations.
