Trump\u2019s unprecedented move to \u2018fire\u2019 Fed Governor Lisa Cook, paired with growing friction with Fed Chair Jerome Powell, has rattled investor confidence and triggered a broad sell-off in risk assets, including Bitcoin and Ethereum.<\/p>\n

The Trump \u2013 Powell Fallout<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Markets had initially welcomed Powell\u2019s dovish hints at the Jackson Hole symposium<\/a>, where he suggested the Fed may be closer to easing its restrictive monetary policy.<\/p>\n
