He has drawn comparisons between Bitcoin (BTC) and gold, defended the reserves backing USDT issuer Tether, and dismissed concerns regarding the role of stablecoins in illicit activities during his Senate confirmation hearing.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Lutnick\u2019s relationship with the White House has also been pivotal in advancing this agenda.
