Parcl ($PARCL) has taken a knock, with a price decline of -13.10% in the past seven days. As a real estate trading DEX, PARCL provides traders with the option of major city indices, among them New York, Los Angeles, and Dubai. Parcl is built on a smart contract platform on Solana.<\/p>\n

Parcl was recently included<\/a> on crypto exchange Coinbase, prompting a price spike, albeit a short-lived one. Parcl\u2019s native token reached $0.586 on December, 17 but has since dropped to around $0.35.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not unusual for a token price to rise and drop following a new exchange listing. And $PARCL\u2019s price -13.10% is still favorable compared to similar DeFi currencies, which are down -17.60% in the same period.\u00a0 Solana, too, has also been seeing a downward trend for close to a month now. But that\u2019s expected to see a turnaround, on the back of $SOLX.<\/p>\n

Is $SOLX Stealing Parcl\u2019s Limelight?<\/h2>\n
