Brian Armstrong<\/strong>, CEO of\u00a0Coinbase Global Inc.<\/strong>\u00a0(NASDAQ:COIN<\/a>), announced on Tuesday the upcoming launch of\u00a0a first-of-its-kind futures offering that\u00a0provides exposure to\u00a0top U.S. tech stocks and\u00a0cryptocurrency simultaneously.<\/p>\n

Coinbase\u2019s All-In-One Futures<\/h2>\n

Armstrong took to X on Tuesday to share the news. The new product, dubbed\u00a0Mag7 + Crypto Equity Index\u00a0Futures, will be a hybrid index, composed of \u201cMagnificent 7\u201d stocks, including Apple Inc.<\/strong> (NASDAQ:AAPL<\/a>), Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ:TSLA<\/a>), Nvidia Corp.<\/strong> (NASDAQ:NVDA<\/a>), Coinbase\u2019s own shares, iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF<\/strong> (NASDAQ:IBIT<\/a>) and iShares Ethereum Trust ETF<\/strong> (NASDAQ:ETHA<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Coinbase said the Index will follow an\u00a0even-weighting methodology, with each of\u00a0the 10 components representing 10%\u00a0of the Index. It\u00a0will be rebalanced quarterly to\u00a0reflect market changes. The Mag7 + Crypto Equity Index Futures will be monthly, cash-settled contracts.<\/p>\n
