The actual delisting is scheduled for September 17, while Binance Spot Copy Trading will remove the pairs above on September 10.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201c<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The spot trading pair(s) of the <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">aforementioned token<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">(s) will be removed<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">. All trade orders will be automatically removed after trading ceases in each respective trading pair,\u201d the company explained.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Additionally, Binance made it clear that deposits of these tokens will not be credited to users\u2019 accounts after September 18, whereas <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">withdrawals will not be supported<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> after November 17.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Such announcements usually <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">have <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">a negative<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> effect on<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> the affected cryptocurrencies due to factors like decreased liquidity, diminished availability, and reputational damage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This case was no exception, with BAKE plummeting by 26% to around $0.05, thus reaching its lowest point since the beginning of 2021. The effort had little to no<\/span> <span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">impact on the prices of the involved cryptocurrencies, which remain near yesterday\u2019s levels.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Latest Binance Developments<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Last week, the exchange <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/binance-ceo-sounds-the-alarm-about-a-dangerous-scam-details\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">alerted<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> its users <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">about<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> a dangerous scam where attackers make fake support calls <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">that deceive<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> people into changing their application programming interface (API).<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cWhat feels like a routine safety check quickly turns dangerous.\u00a0By adjusting those settings, victims unknowingly hand over the keys that let scammers drain funds straight into their own wallets,\u201d the warning reads.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Binance\u2019s CEO Richard Teng addressed the matter on his personal X account and assured that the company will never ask its users for their passwords or credentials over the phone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Just a few days later, the entity temporarily <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/binance-freezes-futures-trading-quick-fix-or-bigger-trouble-ahead\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">paused<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> all futures trading services due to a technical issue. The disruption lasted less than an hour before <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">operations were <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">fully<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> restored<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Binance was also among the trading venues showing support for WLFI, the cryptocurrency of World Liberty Financial, which <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">saw the light of day<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> earlier this week.
