It also features an incentive structure based on AlloyX\u2019s valuation milestones<\/p>\n<p>Solowin\u2019s Chairman and CEO Peter Lok said the acquisition builds on the company\u2019s \u201cvision for a new financial ecosystem centered on stablecoins.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>An SEC <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/1959224\/000121390025073995\/ea025252001ex99-1_solowin.htm\">exhibit<\/a> describes AlloyX as an \u201cearly-stage company with limited history\u201d that has \u201cyet to generate revenue\u201d as of March 31. It generated revenue through its stablecoin payment infrastructure and through real-world asset tokenization, the document says.<\/p>\n<p>The stablecoin ecosystem has been growing exponentially over the last few years.
