An additional 4.7 million shares could be sold if underwriters exercise their option to purchase more.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, the company\u2019s IPO was upsized to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/markets\/2025\/09\/03\/mike-cagney-s-figure-technologies-seeks-over-usd4b-valuation-in-nasdaq-ipo\">$526 million<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Figure has helped originate more than <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/business\/2025\/08\/04\/blockhain-based-loans-firm-figure-files-confidential-submission-for-ipo\">$16 billion in home equity loans<\/a>, which the firm says makes it the largest non-bank provider of that financing.<\/p>\n<p>Goldman Sachs, Jefferies and BofA Securities are leading the offering, joined by a slate of other underwriters, including Societe Generale, Stifel, and Mizuho.<\/p>\n<p>The offering is set to close on September 12, pending typical closing conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Read more: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/markets\/2025\/09\/03\/mike-cagney-s-figure-technologies-seeks-over-usd4b-valuation-in-nasdaq-ipo\">Mike Cagney&#8217;s Figure Technologies Seeks Over $4B Valuation in Nasdaq IPO<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Figure Technologies, a blockchain-focused lending platform founded by SoFi co-founder Mike Cagney, has priced its initial public offering at $25 per share, which would raise $787.5 million.
