{"id":48057,"date":"2025-09-17T14:46:43","date_gmt":"2025-09-17T14:46:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=48057"},"modified":"2025-09-17T14:46:43","modified_gmt":"2025-09-17T14:46:43","slug":"mavryk-network-raises-10m-for-uae-real-estate-tokenization-plans","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=48057","title":{"rendered":"Mavryk Network Raises $10M for UAE Real-Estate Tokenization Plans"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Layer-1 network Mavryk said it raised $10 million in a strategic investment led by financial derivatives provider MultiBank Group to expand its real-world asset (RWA) tokenization plans.<\/p>\n<p>Mavryk Network and MultiBank have an existing partnership to tokenize over $10 billion worth of real estate in the United Arab Emirates through the latter&#8217;s RWA platform. <\/p>\n<p>The two companies aim to broaden access to premium investments, such as real estate, according to an emailed announcement on Wednesday. <\/p>\n<p>The initiative is also supported by major digital asset custody provider Fireblocks, which provides the multiparty computation wallets that safeguard the tokenized assets on Mavryk&#8217;s network. This allows investors to trade and borrow against their real estate-backed tokens without having to manage their own private keys.<\/p>\n<p>The funding round follows t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/business\/2025\/02\/25\/mavryk-dynamics-secures-usd5-2m-for-blockchain-powered-real-world-asset-ownership\">he $5.2 million raised by its developers, Mavryk Dynamics<\/a>, in February.<\/p>\n<p>RWAs tokenization refers to representing ownership of real-world assets, such as stocks and bonds, as digital tokens that can be bought and sold on blockchains. <\/p>\n<p>Amongst others motivations, one of the proposed advantages of tokenization is generating greater liquidity through expanding access to a larger pool of investors. The idea is that a generally illiquid asset class, such as real estate, could benefit significantly from tokenization.<\/p>\n<p>Deloitte has forecast that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/markets\/2025\/04\/24\/global-tokenized-real-estate-market-could-explode-to-usd4t-by-2035-deloitte-forecasts\">global tokenized real estate market<\/a> could be worth $4 trillion in 10 year&#8217;s time.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Layer-1 network Mavryk said it raised $10 million in a strategic investment led by financial derivatives provider MultiBank Group to expand its real-world asset (RWA) tokenization plans.
