Furthermore, smaller players may mimic the whales\u2019 actions and also exit the ecosystem.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It is important to note that the<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> upcoming FOMC meeting (during which interest rates in the US <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">are expected<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> to <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">be lowered<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">) might have prompted big investors to reduce their exposure. T<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">he event, scheduled for today, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">is interpreted<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> as bullish in the long term for the crypto market, but may result in a short-term correction (as some X users <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/degenutz\/status\/1968160715786817907\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">suggested<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Price Targets<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Despite the offloading by whales, numerous analysts remain optimistic that ETH can post additional gains in the near future and even hit a new all-time high as early as this month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">X user ZYN <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Zynweb3\/status\/1968250378048397453\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">spotted<\/a> the formation of a bullish cross on the asset\u2019s price chart, reminding that double-digit pumps followed such setups in the summer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cIf a bullish cross plays out again, ETH will trade above $5,000 this month,\u201d they predicted.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ted chipped in, too, making a more modest prediction.
