{"id":48334,"date":"2025-09-18T19:01:47","date_gmt":"2025-09-18T19:01:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=48334"},"modified":"2025-09-18T19:01:47","modified_gmt":"2025-09-18T19:01:47","slug":"chainlinks-link-surges-6-on-treasury-purchase-etf-anticipation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=48334","title":{"rendered":"Chainlink&#8217;s LINK Surges 6% on Treasury Purchase, ETF Anticipation"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Oracle network Chainlink&#8217;s (LINK) native token surged 6% over the past 24 hours crossing $24.5 on Thursday as crypto prices climbed higher with altcoins outperforming.<\/p>\n<p>The price action happened as large-cap altcoins led crypto markets higher in anticipation that spot-based ETFs could hit the market soon with the SEC <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/policy\/2025\/09\/17\/sec-makes-spot-crypto-etf-listing-process-easier-approves-grayscale-s-large-cap-crypto-fund\">approving<\/a> general listing standards.<\/p>\n<p>That could include Chainlink&#8217;s LINK, too, with several applications filed earlier this year and LINK futures being traded on U.S.-regulated exchanges like Coinbase Derivatives.<\/p>\n<p>Caliber (CWD), a public wealth management firm that adopted a Chainlink treasury reserve asset initiative, said on Thursday it <a href=\"https:\/\/ir.caliberco.com\/news-releases\/news-release-details\/caliber-purchases-65-million-chainlink-link-tokens-aligning\">bought<\/a> $6.5 million worth of tokens as part of its digital asset strategy.<\/p>\n<p>The Chainlink Reserve also <a href=\"https:\/\/metrics.chain.link\/reserve\">purchased<\/a> on Thursday another 43,000 LINK ($1.05 million) as part of the initiative to buy tokens using revenue from protocol integrations and services, similar to public companies&#8217; share buyback programs.<\/p>\n<p>Since August, the reserve has accumulated a total of 323,116 tokens, worth $7.9 million, <a href=\"https:\/\/metrics.chain.link\/reserve\">data<\/a> shows.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Technical Analysis<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The technical indicators underscore LINK&#8217;s gaining momentum, according to CoinDesk&#8217;s Research&#8217;s technical analysis data.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Robust support established at $22.82 with high-volume confirmation of 5.56 million units, significantly surpassing the 24-hour average of 1.48 million.<\/li>\n<li>Multiple resistance levels breached including $24.16 and $24.42, demonstrating sustained purchasing pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Ascending low formations throughout the recovery phase indicating consistent upward momentum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oracle network Chainlink&#8217;s (LINK) native token surged 6% over the past 24 hours crossing $24.5 on Thursday as crypto prices climbed higher with altcoins outperforming.
