As a well-known NBA team owner and advocate for digital assets<\/a> like Dogecoin <\/strong>(CRYPTO: DOGE<\/a>), Cuban has frequently used his platform, along with Tesla CEO Elon Musk<\/strong>, to influence the meme coin’s price through public support.<\/p>\n

What Happened:<\/strong> On March 4, 2021, Cuban announced that<\/a> the National Basketball Association’s Dallas Mavericks would accept Dogecoin as payment for tickets and merchandise.<\/p>\n
