The number of active accounts, the number of executed transactions, and the average number of transactions per ledger have also reached multi-week highs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the total number of active accounts on the XRP Ledger recently <\/span>exceeded<\/span><\/a> seven million. It is important to note that each of these wallets holds at least one XRP.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

XRP Price at a Crossroads?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Despite the revival of the <\/span>aforementioned metrics<\/span> and the recently hit milestone, Ripple\u2019s native token experienced a substantial pullback at the start of the business week. It tumbled to a two-week low of $2.78 before rebounding to $2.87 and slipping back to $2.81 as of press time.

According<\/span><\/a> to the renowned analyst Ali Martinez, XRP has a chance to spike back to $3.60 as long as it holds above the $2.71 level.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He also <\/span>revealed<\/span><\/a> that whales have used the correction as an opportunity to scoop up 30 million tokens in the last 24 hours. Such accumulations reduce the circulating supply of XRP and could trigger a price spike (assuming demand doesn\u2019t diminish). The actions of large investors are also closely monitored by retail investors, who may be encouraged to <\/span>hop on the bandwagon<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Additionally, XRP\u2019s Relative Strength Index (RSI) recently <\/span>dropped<\/span><\/a> to a three-month low, indicating the asset may be oversold and poised for a renewed price rally.

Just recently, the company behind XRP shook hands with Securitize to announce <\/a>a smart contract that would allow holders of BlackRock\u2019s BUIDL and VanEck\u2019s VBILL to exchange their shares to Ripple for the stablecoin RLUSD.<\/p>\n

\u201cBlackRock\u2019s USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund (\u201cBUIDL\u201d) and VanEck\u2019s Treasury Fund, Ltd. (\u201cVBILL\u201d) represent both firms\u2019 first tokenized funds issued on public blockchains,\u201d the official announcement clarified.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

This development marks the first inclusion of Ripple\u2019s stablecoin into Securitize\u2019s platform. Additionally, the latter intends to integrate with the XRP Ledger (XRPL) to expand access and bring new utility to the ecosystem. Speaking on the matter was Carlos Domingo, co-founder and CEO of Securitize:<\/p>\n

The American <\/span>posted<\/span><\/a> a picture of the event on his X account, which appears to have been quite glamorous.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
