{"id":49208,"date":"2025-09-24T08:46:43","date_gmt":"2025-09-24T08:46:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=49208"},"modified":"2025-09-24T08:46:43","modified_gmt":"2025-09-24T08:46:43","slug":"ripple-securitize-bring-rlusd-to-blackrock-and-vaneck-tokenized-funds","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=49208","title":{"rendered":"Ripple, Securitize Bring RLUSD to BlackRock and VanEck Tokenized Funds"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Ripple\u2019s RLUSD stablecoin is being integrated into tokenized money-market funds from BlackRock and VanEck, giving holders of the products a direct redemption path into on-chain liquidity.<\/p>\n<p>Through a new smart contract on Securitize\u2019s platform, investors in BlackRock\u2019s BUIDL and VanEck\u2019s VBILL funds can now swap their shares for RLUSD on demand, creating what Ripple calls a 24\/7 stablecoin off-ramp for tokenized treasuries.<\/p>\n<p>The move positions RLUSD as a settlement layer for real-world assets (RWA) while broadening its institutional footprint. <\/p>\n<p>Jack McDonald, Ripple\u2019s SVP of Stablecoins, said in a prepared statement thathe tie-up \u201cis a natural next step as we continue to bridge traditional finance and crypto,\u201d framing RLUSD as regulatory-compliant and enterprise-grade.<\/p>\n<p>RLUSD \u2014 backed 1:1 with liquid reserves and issued under a New York DFS trust charter \u2014 has climbed past $700 million in circulation since launching last year.
