Since then, though, it has been on an evident decline <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">which<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> has even worsened in the past few days. As of this writing, the asset trades at around $0.78, representing a 15% plunge on a weekly scale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ali_charts\/status\/1970971253017055287\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">According<\/a> to renowned analyst Ali Martinez, the drop below $0.80 could prove critical, potentially preventing the price from rebounding by roughly 25% to $0.95.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Earlier this month, he <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/cardano-ada-faces-key-hurdle-before-breaking-1-20\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">revealed<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> that large investors (known as whales) have offloaded 160 million tokens in the span of just 96 hours. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> adds more weight to the bearish view, as it signals diminished confidence in the asset from these market participants, which could also reflect on smaller players. In addition, such actions increase ADA\u2019s circulating supply, potentially triggering a price decline if demand does not increase.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The lesser-known market observer, using the X moniker Man of Bitcoin, also <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Manofbitcoin\/status\/1971156911644111258\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">outlined<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> a bearish forecast. He believes the dip below $0.782 could <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">be followed<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> by an additional plunge to as low as $0.731.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">ATH for Christmas?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The X user Sssebi recently <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/cardano-ada-set-for-short-term-drop-but-ath-coming-in-december\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">agreed<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> with the assumption that ADA can continue nosediving in the short term. However, the analyst thinks the downtrend will last only until next month and after that will <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">be replaced<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> by a resurgence, which could take the price to a new historical record by Christmas this year:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cBigger drop until October and then bounce back mid-October-November. Possible new ATH at Christmas time.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Bulls should also examine ADA\u2019s Relative Strength Index (RSI), which has recently plummeted to approximately 30. Readings around and below that level indicate that the asset\u2019s price has declined too rapidly over a short period, suggesting it may be on the verge of a revival.
