He said the decision will allow him to spend more time with family while staying active in the XRP community.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m not going away from the XRP community. You haven\u2019t seen the last of me (now, or ever),\u201d he posted. \u201cThe last few months I\u2019ve been tinkering on the side \u2013 spinning up my own XRPL node and publishing its output data, researching other use cases for XRP (besides what Ripple is focused on), and more.\u201d\u201cI truly enjoy this part \u2014 getting my hands dirty, talking to builders, coding for the pure love of it \u2014 and I\u2019m really excited to get back to that. More to come on this very soon, I\u2019m sure&lt;\u201d Schwartz added.Ripple confirmed that Dennis Jarosch, the firm\u2019s senior vice president of engineering, will lead technical operations going forward.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Schwartz joined Ripple in 2011 as a cryptographer, helping design the ledger that underpins XRP transactions.
