The United States entered a federal <\/span>government shutdown overnight<\/span><\/a>, rattling markets worldwide.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Gold\u00a0<\/span>surged<\/a> to an all-time high, while the dollar weakened, as<\/span> crypto traders debated whether risk aversion would weigh on or support digital assets.<\/span><\/p>\n
