In a Nov. 24 research note, he explains that Bloomberg&#8217;s diluted share counts for <strong>Cipher Mining Inc<\/strong> <a class=\"ticker-link\" data-ticker=\"CIFR\" data-exchange=\"NASDAQ\" href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/quote\/CIFR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(NASDAQ:<\/a><a class=\"ticker\" href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/quote\/CIFR\">CIFR<\/a>), <strong>CleanSpark Inc<\/strong> <a class=\"ticker-link\" data-ticker=\"CLSK\" data-exchange=\"NASDAQ\" href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/quote\/CLSK\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(NASDAQ:<\/a><a class=\"ticker\" href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/quote\/CLSK\">CLSK<\/a>), <strong>Riot Platforms Inc<\/strong> <a class=\"ticker-link\" data-ticker=\"RIOT\" data-exchange=\"NASDAQ\" href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/quote\/RIOT\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(NASDAQ:<\/a><a class=\"ticker\" href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/quote\/RIOT\">RIOT<\/a>) and <strong>MARA Holdings Inc<\/strong> <a class=\"ticker-link\" data-ticker=\"MARA\" data-exchange=\"NASDAQ\" href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/quote\/MARA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(NASDAQ:<\/a><a class=\"ticker\" href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/quote\/MARA\">MARA<\/a>) are 20%\u201333% too low, understating their combined market cap by roughly $8 billion.
