ETH has also tested this area several times, leaving higher wicks that point to steady buying.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The RSI is climbing out of oversold territory, matching the stabilisation in price.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Van de Poppe calls this support area the \u201cideal zone for buys,\u201d noting strong defence with repeated long lower wicks.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If ETH breaks the trendline, he sees targets near 0.036\u20130.038 BTC and later 0.042 BTC.
