Economist Peter Schiff<\/strong> said in an interview aired Monday that people will lose faith and dump their Bitcoin <\/strong>(CRYPTO: <\/a>BTC<\/a>) once Michael Saylor <\/strong>ceases his buying spree for Strategy Inc.<\/strong> (NASDAQ:<\/a>MSTR<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Saylor\u2019s Buying Spree Shapes Bitcoin\u2019s Future?<\/h2>\n

Speaking to cryptocurrency influencer Kyle Chass\u00e9<\/strong>, Schiff argued that Bitcoin\u2019s rise has been fueled primarily by Strategy\u2019s continuous accumulation.<\/p>\n

\u201cBasically, he\u2019s [Saylor] the reason that Bitcoin is as high as it is,\u201d Schiff said. \u201cHe is a huge factor, and it\u2019s not just Strategy\u2019s buying of Bitcoin that has fueled it, but because people know that he\u2019s going to keep buying Bitcoin.\u201d<\/p>\n
