Crypto Market Rebounds<\/h2>\n

Bitcoin<\/strong> rose above $96,000 for the first time in nearly two months ,with trading volume surging 45% over the last 24 hours. The leading cryptocurrency is now up 9.29% in 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ethereum <\/strong>also rallied to a 2-month high of $3,350, while XRP <\/strong>and Dogecoin <\/strong>also recorded sharp spikes.<\/p>\n

The rally comes after the Senate Banking Committee released a draft bill for the key cryptocurrency market structure bill<\/a>, defining altcoins as similar to Bitcoin and Ethereum. The Committee marks up the bill Thursday<\/p>\n

Shares of cryptocurrency-related companies, including Strategy Inc.<\/strong> (<\/a>NASDAQ:MSTR<\/a>)\u00a0 and Coinbase Global Inc.<\/strong> (NASDAQ:<\/a>COIN<\/a>), closed up 6.63% and 4%, respectively<\/p>\n

Nearly $680 million was liquidated from the cryptocurrency market in the last 24 hours, according <\/a>to Coinglass, with $592 million in bearish shorts wiped out.<\/p>\n
