Upon launch, several cryptocurrency exchanges embraced the product, including Uphold, Bitso, Moonpay, CoinMENA, and others.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Earlier this week, Ripple\u2019s president, Monica Long, <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/heres-when-rlusd-will-get-listed-by-other-crypto-exchanges-ripples-president\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">said<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> people should expect other leading platforms to hop on the bandwagon \u201cimminently.\u201d Shortly after, the Luxembourg-based Bitstamp <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.bitstamp.net\/post\/introducing-ripple-usd-rlusd-your-next-enterprise-grade-stablecoin-on-bitstamp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">put\u00a0<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">its name on the list.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It added RLUSD <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">on<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> the Ethereum network, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">describing<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> the stablecoin as \u201ca robust solution designed for institutional-grade financial use cases.\u201d<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> It also reminded that the product is pegged 1:1 to the US dollar, claiming that it \u201coffers consistent value for payments, tokenization, and more.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">exact<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> trading pairs available to Bitstamp users are RLUSD\/EUR, RLUSD\/USD, RLUSD\/USDT, RLUSD\/BTC, RLUSD\/ETH, and RLUSD\/XRP.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It is important to note that the company warned people to be careful when dealing with the stablecoin since it \u201cis a high-risk investment and may not be suitable for all investors.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cDon\u2019t invest unless you\u2019re prepared to lose all the money you invest,\u201d it added.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The Initial Volatility<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">As mentioned above, RLUSD <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">is designed<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> to maintain a 1:1 peg to the greenback.
