The critique marks a sharp reversal for Left, who previously praised<\/a> the company before it \u201ccompletely detached from BTC<\/a> fundamentals.\u201d <\/p>\n

The dispute centers on Executive Chairman Michael Saylor<\/strong>‘s recent descriptions of his firm as a \u201cBitcoin treasury company\u201d powered by a \u201cBitcoin reactor<\/a>.\u201d Left fired back via social media, mocking the terminology used to justify the company\u2019s massive debt-fueled acquisition strategy. <\/p>\n

\u201cI admit when I heard it I thought maybe I am ignorant and don\u2019t understand, turns out the more jargon the more nonsense,\u201d Left stated. The \u201cnonsense\u201d Left refers to includes Saylor’s claims that Strategy can \u201cstrip the volatility\u201d off fixed-income securities and generate a \u201cBTC spread\u201d of up to 90%.<\/p>\n
