Morgan Creek Capital<\/strong> CEO Mark Yusko<\/strong> has warned that President Trump<\/strong> \u201chas a whole different agenda\u201d for crypto focused on preserving dollar dominance, predicting Bitcoin <\/strong>(CRYPTO: <\/a>BTC<\/a>) <\/strong>bottoms around $58,000-$63,000 in September.<\/p>\n

The Trump Warning<\/h3>\n

Yusko told<\/a> Altcoin Daily in an interview that Trump isn\u2019t crypto\u2019s friend despite appearances.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cEveryone thinks the president is our friend, meaning our collective friend in crypto. He\u2019s not. He has a whole different agenda,\u201d Yusko said.<\/p>\n

Yusko argued Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent<\/strong> and others are working with Cantor Fitzgerald<\/strong> and Tether<\/strong> on \u201cclandestine stuff\u201d aimed at preserving dollar hegemony and preventing China\u2019s vision of the yuan becoming the world reserve currency.<\/p>\n

The Clarity Act poses danger. Yusko called the current version a \u201cnon-starter\u201d that takes crypto down the path of CBDCs, centralization, and control.\u00a0<\/p>\n
