The motion, filed on February 5, stated that <strong>Daniel Chapsky,<\/strong> former FTX head of partnerships, <strong>Ryan Salame<\/strong>, former FTX Digital Markets co-CEO, and <strong>Nishad Singh<\/strong>, former FTX engineering director, were \u201cthreatened\u201d by the DOJ into silence or changing their statements.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy conviction should be thrown out,\u201d SBF said in an X post, referencing the excerpts from the motion. <\/p>\n<p>SBF also targeted Judge <strong>Lewis Kaplan<\/strong>, the one who sentenced him to 25 years in prison, saying, \u201cJudge Lewis Kaplan should recuse himself from this motion.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, Kaplan also presided over President <strong>Donald Trump\u2019s<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/news\/24\/01\/36797680\/america-is-finished-says-rich-dad-poor-dad-author-robert-kiyosaki-as-he-slams-kangaroo-court-for-dis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">federal defamation trial<\/a>\u00a0brought by writer\u00a0<strong>E.
