The company also signed up for the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/news\/politics\/26\/01\/50216818\/bessent-calls-trump-accounts-rainy-day-funds-and-slams-out-of-touch-critics-as-jpmorgan-bofa-back-plan\"> Trump Accounts initiative<\/a>,\u00a0pledging to match the $1,000 contribution for\u00a0children of eligible employees.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe aim to be a Maximum-Wage Employer in our respective communities,\u201d Steak \u2018n Shake said. \u201cWe look to pay the best to obtain the best so we can give the best!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The average work week for all private nonfarm employees in the U.S. is approximately 34.3 hours, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
