{"id":75943,"date":"2026-03-11T20:32:31","date_gmt":"2026-03-11T20:32:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=75943"},"modified":"2026-03-11T20:32:31","modified_gmt":"2026-03-11T20:32:31","slug":"bitcoin-is-going-to-10000-bloombergs-mcglone-says-crypto-is-a-dead-asset-class","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=75943","title":{"rendered":"&#8216;Bitcoin Is Going To $10,000,&#8217; Bloomberg&#8217;s McGlone Says: Crypto Is A &#8216;Dead&#8217; Asset Class"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Bloomberg Intelligence senior commodities strategist <strong>Mike McGlone<\/strong> predicts <strong>Bitcoin<\/strong> <a class=\"ticker-link\" data-ticker=\"BTC\" data-exchange=\"CRYPTO\" href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/quote\/BTC-USD\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(CRYPTO: <\/a><a class=\"ticker\" href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/quote\/btc\/usd\">BTC<\/a>) will fall to $10,000, calling the crypto asset class \u201cdead\u201d as unlimited token supply and five years of underperformance versus the S&amp;P 500 make it uninvestable for institutional risk managers.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The $10,000 Target Explained<\/h3>\n<p>McGlone <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=7z4zoPj9-oo\">defines<\/a> $10,000 as the most widely traded price for Bitcoin since 2019-2020, similar to how crude oil has traded around $57 per barrel for almost 10 years.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s where Bitcoin set its place,\u201d McGlone said, arguing the asset will return to this level during a broader risk asset correction.<\/p>\n<p>McGlone previously called for Bitcoin to drop to $1,100 in 2018 when it traded at $10,000.<\/p>\n<p>Bitcoin ultimately bottomed at $3,000, making him \u201c30% wrong, 70% right.\u201d He became bullish in 2019 and correctly predicted Bitcoin would exceed $100,000 in 2020 by \u201cjust adding a zero.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Now McGlone argues Bitcoin must \u201clop off a zero\u201d from $100,000.
