Its YTD yield has risen to 5.6%, while its total stash is up to 780,897 BTC bought for roughly $59 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, its average accumulation price is still above BTC\u2019s current, which means that the company sits on a paper loss of around $3.5 billion.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Strategy has acquired 13,927 BTC for ~$1.00 billion at ~$71,902 per bitcoin and has achieved BTC Yield of 5.6% YTD 2026. As of 4\/12\/2026, we hodl 780,897 <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%24BTC&amp;src=ctag&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">$BTC<\/a> acquired for ~$59.02 billion at ~$75,577 per bitcoin. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%24MSTR&amp;src=ctag&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">$MSTR<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%24STRC&amp;src=ctag&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">$STRC<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/xVKjg2cEVP\">https:\/\/t.co\/xVKjg2cEVP<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Michael Saylor (@saylor) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/saylor\/status\/2043661116300050583?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 13, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>This quite substantial purchase comes after Michael Saylor, the company\u2019s co-founder and former CEO, hinted at a bigger purchase on Sunday, posting \u201cthink \u20bfigger.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In a separate post, Saylor <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/saylor\/status\/2043389011696214056\">noted<\/a> that Strategy\u2019s BTC breakeven ARR is at just over 2%: \u201cIf Bitcoin grows faster than that over time, we can cover our dividends indefinitely without issuing new MSTR shares.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s worth noting that MSTR\u2019s price has dropped by over 18% since the start of the year, mirroring BTC\u2019s performance to a large extent.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, the NASDAQ-listed corporation <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/saylors-strategy-resumes-bitcoin-accumulation-spree-with-4871-btc-purchase\/\">outlined<\/a> another impressive purchase of 4,871 BTC for about $330 million.
