{"id":8233,"date":"2025-01-17T13:02:02","date_gmt":"2025-01-17T13:02:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=8233"},"modified":"2025-01-17T13:02:02","modified_gmt":"2025-01-17T13:02:02","slug":"boerse-stuttgart-digital-lands-mica-license-from-germany","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dogewisperer.com\/?p=8233","title":{"rendered":"Boerse Stuttgart Digital Lands MiCA License From Germany"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Boerse Stuttgart Digital, a unit of stock exchange operator Boerse Stuttgart, said it was granted a crypto asset service provider (CASP) license by the German regulator BaFin allowing it to provide services across the European Union under the bloc&#8217;s Markets in Crypto Assets (MiCA) regulations.<\/p>\n<p>The company operates a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bsdigital.com\/en\/services\/\" target=\"_blank\">brokerage and an exchange<\/a> and intends to use the license to broaden its offerings for financial institutions across Europe, Matthias Voelkel, CEO of Boerse Stuttgart Group said in an emailed statement. <\/p>\n<p>Companies have been vying for MiCA licenses, which give crypto asset service providers permission to operate across the 27-nation bloc.
