Tron\u00a0<\/strong>(CRYPTO:\u00a0TRX)<\/a> founder\u00a0Justin Sun<\/strong> said on Tuesday he has sued the Trump family-backed\u00a0World Liberty Financial<\/strong>\u00a0cryptocurrency platform to defend his \u201clegal rights\u201d as a WLFI token holder.<\/p>\n

Crypto Billionaire Sues<\/h2>\n

Sun filed a lawsuit in a California federal court, claiming he was left with \u201cno choice.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI have tried in good faith to resolve this situation with the World Liberty project team without resorting to litigation.\u00a0 But the project team has refused my requests to unfreeze my tokens and restore my rights as a token holder,\u201d the cryptocurrency billionaire said.<\/p>\n

Sun alleged that the team even \u201cthreatened\u201d to destroy his tokens by burning them.<\/p>\n
