Crypto Market Gains Momentum<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Bitcoin <\/strong>attempted to break $82,000 but faced rejection around $81,750.\u00a0Ethereum <\/strong>nearly broke $2,400, while XRP <\/strong>and Dogecoin <\/strong>recorded noticeable increases in the 24-hour period.<\/p>\n

Shares of Strategy Inc.<\/strong> (NASDAQ:<\/a>MSTR<\/a>) and Bitmine Immersion Technologies Inc.<\/strong> (NYSE:<\/a>BMNR<\/a>) closed up 1.79% and 1.36%, respectively.<\/p>\n

Over $385 million was liquidated in the past 24 hours, with $314 million in short positions alone wiped out, according <\/a>to Coinglass data.<\/p>\n

Open interest in Bitcoin futures rose further by 5.15% over the last 24 hours. That said, retail and whale traders on Binance <\/strong>remained on the bearish side, betting that BTC prices would fall.<\/p>\n

Despite the latest spike, \u201cFear\u201d sentiment returned to the market, according <\/a>to the Crypto Fear & Greed Index.<\/p>\n
