What Happened<\/strong>: Bitcoin <\/strong>slipped below $98,000 in the early morning hours before reclaiming the $102,000 level by evening. The leading cryptocurrency navigated choppy waters for most of the day.<\/p>\n

Ethereum <\/strong>rose from $3,024 to $3,230 but fell back to the upper $3,100 range late in the evening.<\/p>\n

Nearly $700 million was liquidated from the cryptocurrency market over the last 24 hours, with long positions accounting for $537 million.<\/p>\n

About $900 million in upside bets risked liquidation if Bitcoin drops to $95,000.<\/p>\n

That said, around 58% of traders on Binance<\/strong> were positioned for Bitcoin’s price increases, according to the Long\/Short ratio, signaling expectations of a rebound.<\/p>\n

Bitcoin’s Open Interest rose marginally by 0.15% in the last 24 hours.<\/p>\n
